We will only undertake consultancy assignments where we believe that we provide the client with value for money.

We do not mislead those with whom we work.

We encourage our clients to communicate amongst themselves, and welcome scrutiny of any of our professional activities.

Mutual respect and support

We recognise and respect the differences between the people that we encounter.

We respect and support the values of the client organisations that we work for.

We provide a high level of support for client staff, and continue to provide this support informally between assignments.

Our consultancy is built upon peer support and internal quality assurance.

Excellent, independent and up-to-date advice

We maintain complete independence from external parties that may seek to influence our clients.

We recognise that, in a rapidly changing world, considerable ongoing effort is required to maintain our consultants' skills.

We achieve this by updating our framework methodologies, and via mentoring and professional development programs.
